Led by volunteers, this is your chance to better your fitness and have the kinds of conversations that can only happen in a casual setting with those who have walked in your shoes. Explore a variety of routes and trails in good company. Walking group meets on Tuesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 11am. New routes weekly. Walking routes will be updated weekly.

We will meet at Barb’s Fish and Chips in James Bay at 10 am on Tuesday March 28.  There is pay parking in the lot beside the meeting point but there is normally parking at the west end of Superior St. which is where the regulars park. The walk will be in the James Bay area could go to the breakwater, weather dependent of course.
