Led by volunteers, this is your chance to better your fitness and have the kinds of conversations that can only happen in a casual setting with those who have walked in your shoes. Explore a variety of routes and trails in good company. Walking group meets on Tuesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 11am. New routes weekly. Walking routes will be updated weekly.

We will meet in the parking lot for Playfair Park at 11 am on Thursday May 04.  The walk will be through the park and over to the golf course.   The parking lot can be accessed from Rock St. which runs off Quadra.
