“I’m truly amazed by the kind and thoughtful support provided by all the staff and volunteers I met over two years of treatment.”

Prostate Health Nurse Navigator Program
Choices right for you.
We assist you and your family with health navigation, no matter where you are in your cancer journey. Connect one-to-one with our Nurse Navigator and you’ll get the latest on prostate health, treatment options and what to expect – and we’ll answer every last question.
Prostate Cancer Speaker Series
The power of connection.
Our monthly Prostate Cancer Speaker Series is the place to hear from leading doctors and speakers in the prostate health field, and to meet with others who have received a diagnosis.
You’ll find comfort and connection in a safe space where you can talk openly with those who know exactly what you’re going through. Men tell us these are some of the most important experiences in their contact with us. Family members and supporters welcome.
Cancer Recovery Exercise Program
Reclaim your health.
The thought of cancer treatment and potential side effects – and the uncertainty of a diagnosis – can be overwhelming.
Our Cancer Recovery Exercise Program is a step you can take right now to regain control of your life and wellbeing. Guided by certified athletic and cancer exercise therapists, this group class is tailored to your needs, whether you’re receiving treatment or a cancer survivor. Power your fitness, tackle stress, and lift your mood with a combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core stabilization exercises.
Prostate Walking Group
Walk together.
A natural extension of our exercise program, the Prostate Walking Group meets weekly and is led entirely by volunteers. It’s a chance to better your fitness and have the kinds of conversations that can only happen in a casual setting with those who have walked in your shoes. Explore a variety of routes and trails in good company.
